Default Need Help With Routine!

Hello,

I am new to working out and would like to achieve weight loss with combined muscle toning. So far I have been working out three to four times a week, performing general weight lifting exercises in a circuit style routing.

Would someone be so kind as to send me workouts where I can turn into a beast?
