I'm not one to go by the book on anything except as a guideline. Discernment is always key. That said, ripptoes gets adoment about not relying on a mirror. Because of one direction of sight and contorting your correct head position while trying to look sideways, or even straght ahead. Rock On! sorry--I'm listening to some good old music that by the way my kids and their friends rock to even now! kids are colledge and senior highschool! But great post. I don't see anybody I can as to crtique me at my gym and the mirrors are hard not to look at. I will be following suggestions.
