My question is does your school have one?

Also you can buy sandbags or make them and do tons of lifts, you just have to think outside the box.

Remember try thinking outside the typical workout. Also, a pull up bar is a good investment.

I've done workouts with sandbags and it's one of the hardest workouts you can do.

good advice...also 2nd hand shops usually have some cheap equipment, you might want to check into that. Or garage sales/yard sales.(as the warmer weather comes in)

Thanks.. ill look into that.

Is there any way to work chest muscles with the limited equipment I have? And also, are there any other exercises involving dumbells and the body you can recommend for me to put into my workout?
