ok so i am 14 and wanted to start training to work out pretty much everything cuz im weak, im 6'1 and 175 lbs, i dont really have anything to workout with besides a 20lb dumbell, and a crappy bench, and a big punching bag, anyways i can only do like 70lbs bench pressing, i am trying to get a 8 pac and just having my whole overall body to be cut, i want to be like under 10% body fat if i can, right now im not very fit at all, what kind of workout equipment should i look into getting? and what should i do to start out withought equipment? i was thinking like run for 20mins on treadmille, then walk like 3 mins to cool down, then go and work on like 2-3 sets of 15-20 pushups if i can, and like 2-3 sets of 50-60 sit ups, then going and doing like 5 mins(if i can) of jump roping, what other excersizes do you suggest? i was thinking after i get use to working out i can start working out for like 2-3 hours a day 4 days a week, please help me out,,, i have no idea how to work out and im tired of being the tall guy with no muscles=\ I have a hard problem working out becuz i always procrastinate=\ if you guys could help me out that would be great=) thanks
