No Training Equipment, No Problem

If you do not have access to a gym/weight equipment, this thread is for you.

I see this threads all the time, so I thought I would gather a few links that can help everyone in this situation. Not to mention, this should helpt cut down on the sheer number of threads asking the same thing!

The CrossFit program requires weights but they do a lot of body weight exercises. Their website lists a bunch of exercises along with videos.

Not really BW training but BW strength feats one can work towards.
