thank IW, but i still got a long way to go to get to where i want to be. and f.y.i, all PRs are impressive. what i lift doesnt make you strong. work to impress yourself, and the ladies of course
oh and 0311 i tried to do that 315 for 20 reps yesterday. i got to 11 and felt an exertional headache coming on. felt like i had more in the tank so i knew i could stuggle to 20. but if i let an exertional headache get to bad that could mess up my squats for weeks. im gonna stick to gvt with moderate weight for a few weeks, and i put it on everything i love i will get that 20
