hit 225 on JS rows for 1x5 with fairly tight form...not as big as some of the heavy hitters on the site but huge increase from the 185 I was doing before!

Hit a new PR of 215x1 on Bench today! only 10lbs more till I achieve my end of the year goal of 225x1! i think i'll go beyond 225x1 by the end of the year though, still have 3 more months
