One arm stronger...?
Just great. My first set of dumbbells and only one arm can do curls with them. My left arm is about 10 pounds or more weaker than my right. What can I do? Just train the left?
Right now all I got is a 15lb, 20lb and 25lb. My right can do 15 and 20, and my left can barely do 15.

Don't be so negative Talo.
Start jacking off more with the other hand.
and concentrate more on flexing with your other arm when lifting.

LMAO...the glass is always half full with Dave
If you have a barbell then I would do some barbell curls to even it out. If you don't then just do forced reps with the 15lb'er, curl with the left and use your right hand to help it through the sticking points.

I would really just do the same with both arms. It will even them out pretty quickly. The weak arm will reach failure quicker and will be fored to strengthen while the strong arm will not advance too much but will allow the other arm to catch up...then you can proceed with a pretty much even strength. Also do a lot of chinups/pullups. That way you can only do as much as you are limited too by your weak arm and the chins are a great builder of elbow flexion strength.
If you are using dumbells one at a time you should do the weak arm first, of course.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

(1) Northern Canada. Hah.
(2) Newfoundland & Labrador and the rest of Atlantic Canada will always be better than NWT and the rest of Northern Canada.
