Default One arm stronger...?

Just great. My first set of dumbbells and only one arm can do curls with them. My left arm is about 10 pounds or more weaker than my right. What can I do? Just train the left?

Right now all I got is a 15lb, 20lb and 25lb. My right can do 15 and 20, and my left can barely do 15.

Don't be so negative Talo.

Start jacking off more with the other hand.

and concentrate more on flexing with your other arm when lifting.

The fact that English isn't my first language doesn't help; but since it looks like a negative comment, I have to say:

(1) Northern Canada. Hah.
(2) Newfoundland & Labrador and the rest of Atlantic Canada will always be better than NWT and the rest of Northern Canada.
(3) Don't need sacasm.

Newfoundlander = Newfy

We're just joking around man. Tell TALO to take a bath in the tar sands or something...no need to get upset over a little joke.

relax. It's not like you are going to do anything about it. Internet fighting is pointless. You got to be young or this is the first time you've been on a forum.
