Here's some advice: Don't buy a workout program. You have no idea what you're getting when you buy one. Everyone is different and everyone has different goals, so no one workout will work for everyone. What are your goals by the way? Try looking at the workout list in the training forum. Find something that you think will work for you and then you can maybe customize it a tiny bit if you need, but most likely you'll be able to just start the program as is.

I wouldn't recommend a single one of those workouts that you posted anyway.

I kinda thought I'd get a similar reply. I appreciate your help.

So the best way to get started will be to get started. and the best way to do that is to go get an established program, but not buy one lol, and get on with it.

I'm just looking for the workout list now. There's just so much stuff there. I can see myself sitting there reading for days before I actually do something lol.

Anyway, I'll do my homework and get on with it. No shortcuts eh.

Oh yeah, goals:

I need to shred some body fat. I've got a gut and some nasty "love" handles to loose.

I want to be able to see my abs again! haha

I want to get rid of the bitch tits (they're not too bad actually... I get compliments all the time lol)

I want my stamina back.

I want to feel strong, real strong like I cannot be moved and people walk around me because they're scared strong.

I want presence. (and presents!)

Confidence.

More and better sex...

And I want to enjoy my food better because I'm eating GOOD food. Not crap.

I want time to work out, and think, and feel focussed on one thing, till it's done. AND GET IT DONE!

I think the goals might need some work, but it was a good vent anyway.

Thanks for listening ha!

Off to do some more research...

Scrampy

P.S. I just noticed, I write in dot points. hmmm... interesting.

just to clarify... I think I'd like to see weight loss and muscle definition quickly. I think the muscle growth would feel the best in the short term. Would help me feel as though I'm getting results fast.

Yeah, fast, powerful strength and size.

Then hard work, trimming/cutting style cardio n stuff.

Does that sound like a good approach?
