hahah this cracks me up. I will agree on some of the points, like most muscle mags arent worth the paper they are printed on. And that for your honest dedicated bodybuilder/strength athleate overtraining isnt always easy to spot.

But this makes no sense

what i think is the problem for the general public is lack of activity in the first place. too many couch potatoes, eating potatoe chips. Overtraining fat stores is far worse then overtraining muscle.

i agree here too... i know barely 10-15 ppl from a school of 400 kids my age and 400 a year elder to me who workout... much less who do it because they like to lift....

and i have a great social life as well, so i dont know why kids make lame statements like "dude, why should i spend my time workoing out when i can party every friday.." well, the fact that he parties every friday is a lie coz he's boasting about it 2 much and he's a dumbbass for making such an assenine statement..

I still party alot. If anything the gym helps my social life, it's great when a chick recognizes you from the gym and starts up a conversation. How can 1-2 hours a day completely screw your social life up anyway?
