hey everyone, ive been going to the gym for about 9 weeks or so now, and i can see a good improvement in my pecks, however ive noticed that the part of the pecks by my armpits are growing but there seems to be an emptyness in the centre of my chest peck area. you know how guys with huge pecks have them bulging into the centre? well mine havent grown to be big in the centre and im wondering if pecks naturally grow there slower or something, or mayeb im doing benchpresses wrong. thanks!!!
ive been doing the DFT 5x5. And because im only 16 and i still live at home i dont have time for all the diet stuff, hoever i avoid most sweets and crap but i eat quite a bit of food a day, like chicken, pasta, bread, etc.
