Yeah. I took it easy. Did 2x8x35lb/5x85lb/3x105lb/5x5x125lb ATG squat and 8x35lb/5x125lb deadlift. No pain whatsoever but the potential was greater for the deadlift so I took that very easy.

I feel stronger (extra rest?). If all goes well, I'll progress up to and try squat PR in 3 weeks.
