ok, since nobody's answering, im gonna try to rephrase. btw this is a real question, im just trying to have an accurate perception.

What I mean is, would the bottom ever start to physically look like it's getting thinner? Not atrophy, not "grow thinner". But as the fibers grow bigger, would it ever start to physcially appear as though it's getting thinner? Like droop down to being paper thin. Basically, as you lower chest grows, won't it always keep getting thicker, and always continue to LOOK like it's getting thicker, at least generally? That's what I mean by the pic I made.
