I call bullshit. 5'11" 160lbs benching 195 for 3x12 every 3 days

Honestly, 5'11" 160lbs is skinny...and to say that you gain weight like crazy when lifting, especially given the diet that you posted and the fact that you havent ballooned to 180lbs, and even the numbers you say you're putting up makes this seem a little far fetched to me.
