That's the best way to do it...

How many grams of protein do you take in each day? Why do you mix shoulders, tris, and bis together? That is not a very good mix IMO. What is your workout like. Rep ranges? What exercises do you do?

What are your current physical stats and how long have you been lifting/working out because it has not been +10 years...that makes a huge difference when setting goals. If you have been lifting +10 years, then you haven't been very serious about it or well informed or you wouldn't have to ask this question.
