Hi, just started my job and it starts at 9:00am and need to train before, Bill starrs takes me about 1 hour 15 mins and after breakfast, walking to the gym, showering this will mean I have to get up really early.
Been on Bill starrs for 7 weeks and its worked really well but need to change it can anyone give me some advice on a shorter routine that lasts around 45 mins? Looking for a strength or bulking routine.
