It's rough thinking about it because I know what is wrong with it now. It really doesn't feel any different when I move my arm and the soreness is just about gone now. I have moved from the power bands to lite weights. I will just have to stay aware of the situation and go very very slow. I have done a lot of research and talked to several doctors and I'm also doing a series of excercizes specifically for the rotator area hoping to strengthen the other muscles that I still have. Time will tell...
