lol who gives a crap! but anyways...

I do 4 sets of 25 for sit-ups
4 sets of 30 on crunches
and I squat 160

squat = 335 (a2g)
deadlift = 395
curl = 0 lbs

That's why I'd like you to listen to all the experience around this forum in regards to isolation exercises and myths about "upper, lower, inner, outer, blah blah blah pecs".

well il let u guys convert this
10 of
95kg flat bench
95kg incline bench db. 42.5 x 2 ovisly
80kg single leg deep leg press
120kg dead lifts (back vertion)
17.5 suprnated curls
that about me and im happy with all that except flat bench i wanna inprove in the next 3 mounths
