...but I only have 3 or 4 consecutive days to do it. What kind of program (if any) are good for this? I really want to start working out again and get a jump on the school season but I dont' know what program to do. Last anyone heard of me here I was cutting to go to mexico for spring break... had pretty good results and now I would like to start trying to throw on some pounds till at least xmas and then cut again for the next spring break trip.
So my question again is what program can I do when I have 4 days to work out in a row... ???
