OK going good so far man, just make sure you continue to do that. Then when you are done you go on a website like fitday.com or something similiar and see the nutritional breakdown of eat food, and add up the protien, fat, carbs, and calories to see where you stand as far as that.

The egg white is the part of the egg that isnt yellow. You dont eat pork thats completely fine. Like I said continue to do what your are doing just keep track of things.

If I only eat the egg white that is barely anything though? You would have to eat a lot of eggs and that is kind of a waste?

I got off work at 4:30 and I ate this at Chick-Fil-A:

One of our Chargrilled salads which is big, a medium fruitcup, and two chargrilled sandwiches with one consisting of only provolone cheese and lettuce and the other one just with lettuce.

I was stuffed after that.

Yolk = Fat
White = Protein
That's why we said to take it out and only eat the white. Eat about three whites for a serving. As for the meal you ate once you got off of work...excellent. I think you're starting to get the picture. But remember what I said about the extra bread. If you can avoid it... which you could have. Just eat the chicken breast by itself. You took in a daily serving (and maybe even more) just in that one sitting. Keep it up though. Oh, and make sure to keep working out when you eat like this because if not you'll start getting those love handles again
