i thought it was a bad thing to let the bar rest on the floor like that in between reps? i did them ike that the other day so i could go heavy but i was gonna shy away from that so i wouldnt let it hit the floor. so is it not that much of a deal to let the weight deload?

sorry if im asking somewht of a silly question but i thought that, that would matter
