Consider yourself lucky in my opinion. Muscle soreness, or DOMS, is a very poor indicator of growth. Some of it depends on how long you've been doing your current routine. If your reps are the same or you've been using the same machines over and over again without change, it could result in minimal DOMS. If you are (like you said) increasing the weight on the bar and seeing improvement, then feeling sore won't matter whatsoever.
The funny thing is, within the next half a day I bet you'll start to feel sore. Sometimes it takes a while before it sets in.
