been working out for about a month and a half. Had some good progress max bench went up thirty pounds and I'm starting to see some meat here and there. But as I go I find more and more to work out and I think I'll have to spread it out over 2 days chest and tris, bi's and back etc. the problem is I only have time to work out once every second day. this would cut the number of times I work out each muscle group in half and there would be three days in between workouts for each group intead of one....? is this to much. what would a guy do for max results? Any help would be great.
