Default split

been working out for about a month and a half. Had some good progress max bench went up thirty pounds and I'm starting to see some meat here and there. But as I go I find more and more to work out and I think I'll have to spread it out over 2 days chest and tris, bi's and back etc. the problem is I only have time to work out once every second day. this would cut the number of times I work out each muscle group in half and there would be three days in between workouts for each group intead of one....? is this to much. what would a guy do for max results? Any help would be great.

I would say try 5x5 or HST training if you can't get to the gym that much. you work the whole body and in three days. Search this site, there is plenty of info about both workouts.
