Yeah, Hardgain. I saw where you said you had dropped your max projection. That's why I said I think what your are doing is fine. There is no real negative to being a little conservative. What I posted was just meant as a general thingy with examples to cut through some of the over-analysis

The spreadsheets are nice, ha ha, but you just don't want to view these programs in a rigid cookie-cutter way if you can help it. When I used spreadsheets they ended up with penciled in notes all over them as I reacted and adjusted to what was going on with my body, lol.
As you said the soreness will subside but in a general way soreness is SOMEWHAT of a gauge on recovery. I.E. this program is designed for weekly recovery and progression so going through the entire thing with a lot of soreness that doesn't subside in between weeks could be a clue that the workload is a little much. But being sore, for anyone, WITHIN the week is not very meaningful. Again, just generalities.
