Yeah, Hardgain. I saw where you said you had dropped your max projection. That's why I said I think what your are doing is fine. There is no real negative to being a little conservative. What I posted was just meant as a general thingy with examples to cut through some of the over-analysis .

The spreadsheets are nice, ha ha, but you just don't want to view these programs in a rigid cookie-cutter way if you can help it. When I used spreadsheets they ended up with penciled in notes all over them as I reacted and adjusted to what was going on with my body, lol.

As you said the soreness will subside but in a general way soreness is SOMEWHAT of a gauge on recovery. I.E. this program is designed for weekly recovery and progression so going through the entire thing with a lot of soreness that doesn't subside in between weeks could be a clue that the workload is a little much. But being sore, for anyone, WITHIN the week is not very meaningful. Again, just generalities.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

It's a way suburban white boys use to sound like they're black from the city It's just a general agreement or just acknowledging what someone has said. I don't think there is a single meaning.

Its not a race thing, its an 80's - 90's thing. And it has always made me laugh, so I use it when I get the chance.

LOL, it's as black as "bro". Slang words always come from specific cultural contexts (in this case hip-hop) It's just that suburban white kids appropriate the stuff and use it way out of proportion. But I was only kidding. When white guys use it as part of their everyday speech to other white guys it's just language development.

I like it too. Another of my favorites is "agree to disagree".

I was always partial to " 'sup g!"

Now I've matured and only say " 'sup"

But thats as ebonic as I get, hell I still use "dude" in conversation

I also use "groovy" which gets some odd looks at times.

EDIT: I've never, ever, said "far out!"
