Default Protein Powders

Guys could u recommend me a good protein supplement outside my daily diet?i hear the Whey proteins are pretty good?also is it sensible to use if your trying to cut low on bodyfat?

i like optimum nutritions whey...it's fine to use anytime...just keep your macros/calories in check.

^^^ I agree. I like their double rich chocolate flavor. I normally get that or vanilla.

A gram here or there. It's not at all significant. You just burned more calories by typing that question than you would save by choosing a flavor with a gram less sugar.
