Hi guys,,,
Yes,I am a lover of swimming and in it's beginner stage.It is a good exercise for muscles.You have to wait 30 minutes at least to switch over to lifting.Atrophy is a wasting of muscle tissues.You can avoid it by not letting your muscles free for quite some time.
