tips for 6pack abs

You could have the best set of abs in the world but if they're under a layer of fat nobody would know. You've got top get your body fat below 8% combined with a good abs routine

For getting six packs you have to combine three things:
1. Good nutrition
2. Cardiovascular conditioning
3. Abdominal training

Just to add to the discussion I would say that abdominal training is minimally important. Your abs are mainly slow twitch fibres as well as your calves I believe. Slow twitch muscle fibres grow very little.

Abdominal work, in my opinion should be used mostly for core strengthening ... which is definitely not a bad thing!
