Default The Titan Workout

hi... i cam across this workout on another board and thought i'd post it here so that it adds to our archive of routines.... dont attack me on this routine... i havent even analysed it as yet....

Monday:"Heavy" Legs, "Light" upper body

EXERCISE SETS REPS

Squats 5 8,6,5,4,10
SLDL 5 8,6,5,4,10
Flat bench 4 12-15
superset w/
T-bar row 4 12-15
DB lateral raises 4 12-15

Teusday: "Heavy" upper body, "Light" legs

Flat bench 5 8,6,5,4,10
Pull-ups 5 8,6,5,4,10
Military Press 5 8,6,5,4,10
Leg extensions 4 12-15
superset w/
Leg curls 4 12-15
and
calf raises 4 12-15

Wed: rest

Thursday: "Muscle Rounds" Legs and Chest

*1 "round" = 6 sets of 4 with 10 seconds rest between sets. 30 seconds rest between exercises.

Leg extensions 3 rounds
superset w/
Leg curls 3 rounds
and
seated calf raises 3 rounds
flat or incline bench 3 rounds

Friday: "Muscle Rounds" Back, Shoulders, Arms

BB rows 3 rounds
Military Press 3 rounds
BB curls 3 rounds
Skull Crushers 3 rounds
i dont think its a good program... looks like i'd burnout if i did it...

but then again, i might be wrong...

I like the idea of going heavey upper, light lower and vice versa. But the "rounds" Idea seems a little off to me. six sets of 4 with 10 sec rest, seems a little odd, I'm not real sure what that is suppose to accomplish.
