Pirate....
I have actually been to one of those free trainers at my gym. When i bought my membership it came with 4 free sessions so i figured what the hell i might as well try it.

It actually wasnt half bad. I thought the guy was just going to stick me on the machines and stand around while i worked. We didnt do that at all. He actually had me sweating pretty good and i kept asking for him to amp it up. It was a good workout overall. I went and did 30 mins of cardio after but it wasnt bad for a free session.

I still wouldnt pay though I can google that stuff.

For any of you interested check out brian devlin. He has some okay stuff that i have stolen.
