Hey all,im quite new to this all. iv been lifting weights a few months now but id like to hit it a bit harder. I dont think im making as much progress as I should be or would like to be so Id like to change it. Iv only been going 2 days a week but my aim is to start going 3 with a couple of days cardio as well. Does anyone know where i cud get a good training routine for like 3 days a week? My aim is to build muscle & burn fat. So if anyone can gimme sum usefull info id b very greatful!
