So, would after I lift be the "work-out", or after the run?
This is why I ran before my workout..
Because after I lifted weights is when I felt "worked out" LOL
Sometimes within 15 minutes after lifting I will get weak and shaky, and really need a shake...
The running, while hard on the heart, doesn't make my leg muscles hurt..
Thoughts?
Should I stick to running before in this case?
