I just got done working out and its about 12:30 about to hit the showers and eat a light snack before bed. I'll work out at 2 if I have to, the reason why I work out at weird hours because I have night classes and work. I always gotta find time to squeeze in my gym time. But I really want to work out mornings around 7 or 8. Peak of testosterones why do you think we get morning woods? haha but anyways I wanna work out mornings so I can get it over with and not having to worry about it at nights. So the answer to your question is anytime you want? or when you have time. But I'd like to eat a good meal before going heavy.
