1.) no one has conflicting advice.
2.) have u read the Why Arent u growing sticky? if so then u shouldnt be asking these questions
3.) NONE of us "OWE" u an answer
4.) if someone tells u to do something, DO IT! dont fucking waste senior members time and energy in helping u when u dont wanna do whats required.
5.) STFU, STOP OVER ANALYSING and do the program 0311 listed for u.

This is a quote specifically from one of the threads asking for which program you want to use. I'm positively 100% sure if you search on the forums for " HST " and look for a specific program layout, you would find it. Seek information from what has already been posted, then ask for more direction from a veteran lifter.

HST templates are definitely in the journals, alot of people have done them. Cutting HST, bulking HST all that shit.

Good advice triggey...doubt he will follow through though
