Wow! I am amazed at the rude and dismissive attitude you guys have displayed toward a newby lifter. Discouraging new lifters through insults doesnt get people to ask questions it stifles them.

If you guys are so advanced that you cant answer a simple question anymore then dont answer the simple questions anymore. Let others do it, sans insults. In the time it took to insult the OP ya could have just answered the question.

You owe the OP an apology.
