Came across this the other week and was wondering if anyone on here has tried it/ knows someone who has or has any thoughts regarding the routine and/or nutrition program?
Me and a mate are really keen to give it a go for something different and to see how we'd go... just interested in what you guys think?
Also no squats or deads, im guessin because he has a busted lower back which he mentions in one of the videos...
