Well, yes.

The first thing is a more clear statement of your goals.

If your primary goal is to get your bench up then what is the problem? Is the problem that your shoulders and arms are not growing, as you said in the first post? Or have you gotten stuck on bench (plateaued) and can't add weight any more?

If you have noticed growth in the rest of you body, your bench is moving but it's just that you aren't getting that growth, then just stay the course plus do the one day of military press and growth will come and with more strength will better potential for pure mass.

But I'll let you tell us vwhat is going on. From what you are saying I don't really know what is going on. It sounds like you are doing the Bill Starr routine but your arms and shoulders aren't blowing up over night so you want a new upper body routine, which would probably entail a new lower body routine also.

Something about forums has really given people funny ideas about training. If you were to hire a personal trainer, or at least one that is worth his/her salt, you would likely get a huge questionnaire to fill out (at least you should), even if you had very few stated goals. A good tainer might take a week to get through all the basics and be able to design something. Yet people routinely come to forums and expect to have their problems solved based on hardly any specific info. Basically what you get usually in that case is people pointing you to random programs or something they happen to like. But when you start giving more specific information, people start giving you more specific advice, and that is about 1000 times more helpful. This statement is not just about you, medium, it's a general thing that everyone should be aware of.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
