this is not about whether the 40 year old dude has credibility or not. this is about posting something wrong and misleading and having the gullible OP lap it up because he knows no better and then end up making him run around in circles.

i don't care if rat boy took it on a personal level or not...we were not discussing the effectiveness of the incline ez bar press. we are discussing the importance of exercise selection in general for the OP who weighs 155 lbs.

the OP needs to eat more, focus more on his big 3 and see what happens. he is at the stage where strength = size more or less so he must take advantage of that.

you missed the point of my rant. it was regarding new people to the sport being mislead by knowledge yet mis-informed other people.
