How about inclines on a 80 degrees angle, most of the work will be front delts and upper chest.I would also do a lot of incline d/bell flyes,cable flyes,plus try pushups with feet on a high bench.

I know some people do not like bodyweight exercises,but they are worth trying when other exercises are not working.
