upper/lower/full body ???

I recently just dislocated my wrist and have to wear a cast for 4-6wks. When I get back in the weight room I wanted to try something new. I had been using a full body 3x a week and I liked it but I wanted to try something like an upper/lower/full body when I return. I came up with this, what do yall think?

Upper:
DB incline
OH Press
T-Bar
Pullups
Abs

Lower:
Deadlifts
Lunges
Calf Raises
Abs

Full Body:
Squat
Bench
Barbell Rows
Dips
Abs

Also what do yall think if I did some cardio on off days?

^^^^Yes, what he said.

Plus I'd think about changing up the rows and pullups. Maybe think about doing pullups followed by face pulls on the upper day. And then the rows jsut like they are on the last day. Or vice versa.

It looks basically sound to me. You could customize it as you went along. What sort of progression? Rep ranges, etc.?

Agreed. What are your goals? It looks good to me. Eric also gave good advice about the rows and pull-ups. Good luck and heal quick. :weights:

my goal is to put on some mass. I am 5'7'' and 163 lbs and I wanna get to 180 -185 if possible. But I also want to increase my strength so I was thing of doing 4x6 on the major lifts.

And when you say switch the rows and pullups around what do you mean? Like get rid of the t-bar and put face pulls and the do pullups first finishing off with face pulls.

Yes, that's what I meant. Reason being is if you are going to have more than one type of row it's nice if they are not both neural rows. Face pulls are a kind of row really and they will help keep your shoulders healthy plus other benefits. And pullups are a very valuable movement that, imo, deserve to at least be prioritized in a workout if not in the week. Especially since you do have two rows and you were prioritizing both rows over pullups.
