can someone help fine a good 5x5 program
i been working out for about 7-8 months 3 months crossbow (junk)
and the rest free weights
i bench 260 max
dumbbell 85
curl 100
deadlift 200
squat 200 no rack(only doing what i can put over my head)
6-1 235lbs
i been working out four days on one day off
