Default Whats the best "method" for getting ready for competition?

I have 9 weeks until my competition, and I was wondering what everyone thinks the best "method" is for getting ready for an appearance/strength competition...please post your ideas, or what you do, thanks.

You may want to check out the article by Layne over at BN which gives advice for contest preparation. I personally haven't entered any competitions as thats not really my goal, but alot of first timers have praised this article.

Does anyone have a link to the article hardgain posted not too long ago about precontest dieting? I found that one pretty helpful.
