Whats a workout for your lower chest?

That's the guy. He has a ton of expensive training programs to get certified and stuff. I usually do my last set this Parrillo style, but the other 3 I do all the way down, up.

Just buy some hydroxycut or Leptoprin and use it everyday for 10 weeks at the recommended dosages and eat everything u want, u will loose all the bf on your lower chest.
