Absolutely. I'm a proponent of heavy weight equals muscle mass. Heavy compound movements only. I see all flyes as nothing more than fatiguing the chest. You can only go so heavy before it turns into a pressing movement. Alot of people think flyes shape the chest but that's a lie. If you want a different shape for your chest, then go pick out a different set of parents because shape is genetic.
