Default When to up the calories?

If your poundages are going up every week on every exercise but your bodyweight has stayed around the same for a few weeks or even months.
Do you....

1, Up the calories, even though your getting good strength gains

2, Wait until your poundages are no longer going up even after a good deload/reset, and then up the calories

3,other

Thanks Jonson
