I guess I am the exception! I am 45 yo, just retired out of the Army (Infantry) and just getting back to the gym. In the military it was all "praworkouts...in other words, carrying heavy rucksacks for long distances, pushup, sit ups, you know...the same old same old.
I started on a 4 day routine (2 on/1 off/2on) and after reading this have seen the errors of my ways. From now on it is basics, basics, basics!

Thank you for teaching an old dog new tricks!
