Default Workout Plan Help.

Hi new here and i'm looking for a workout plan and maybe some guidelines to how much calories,protein,carbs, etc i should be consuming daily. I'm 17, pretty skinny, looking to build mass. not sure if i should mention anything else but deffinetly looking for some help. Thanks in advance.
