4 ain´t too much, just tra to eat healhy, drink enough, eat a lot of vegetable and some fruit and sleep 8-9h a day, additionally you could add glutamine and ZMA to your stack to improve your abillity to recover

Well say I added glutamine, whens a good time to throw that into my diet, I am assuming pre/during workout?

just buy some ON Gold standard Whey and use it as a PWS, it has 5.5 grams of glutamine

Alright, so post workout? isn't that more recovery though?? I need energy during workouts.
