Default Hello
My name is Yannick and I'm a freshman in college. I'm 5'11", 216 lbs and I'm looking for a way to lose my gut and get extremely cut. I really don't have any knowledge of lifting or how to setup a workout program so I hope that I can learn a lot from you guys.
